Yamato Package Tracking

To see your package's current status, enter your 12-digit tracking number into the tracking search on the official Yamato website or mobile app. The system provides real-time updates, showing if the item is currently at a sorting center, out for delivery with a driver, or held at a local office for pickup.

Your tracking number is a 12-digit code found on the shipping label (waybill) under Inquiry Number. If you are the recipient, check your shipping confirmation email or the My Packages section of the Kuroneko Members app. Online retailers typically provide this number in your order history once the item has shipped.

International shipments are tracked using the same 12-digit inquiry number on the Yamato Global tracking page. Once the package enters the destination country and passes through customs, you may also use the local partner carrier's tracking system for more localised updates. Status updates may lag during international transit.

If you missed a delivery, use the 12-digit number from the Undeliverable Item Notice left in your mailbox. You can request redelivery via the automated phone system, the official website, or the Kuroneko Members app. Simply select your preferred date and time slot to ensure you are home for the next attempt.

Yamato does not currently offer a real-time GPS map showing the driver's exact location. However, the Kuroneko Members app provides Scheduled Delivery notifications and updates when the driver is nearby. You can also use the app to redirect your package to a PUDO locker or a participating convenience store for easier pickup.
