- In Transit
- Your package is travelling between UPS facilities on its way to the destination.
- Out for Delivery
- The package is with a driver for final delivery today — typically between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. for homes, by close of business for commercial addresses.
- Delivered
- The package has been successfully delivered, with a timestamp recorded. Drivers leave items in a safe spot if no signature is required.
- Delivered to a UPS Access Point
- Your package is at a UPS Access Point location and ready to be collected at your convenience.
- Transferred to Post Office for Delivery
- UPS has handed the parcel to USPS for final-mile delivery. This may add a day or two to the original estimate.
- Exception
- An unexpected event has affected the scheduled delivery date — weather, an incorrect address, or a customs issue. Check the tracking detail for specifics.
- Failed Attempt
- A delivery attempt was made but couldn't be completed. UPS typically tries again the following business day.
- Returned to Sender
- The package is being sent back to the original shipper after delivery wasn't possible.
