Sagawa Package Tracking

To track your shipment, locate the 10- or 12-digit inquiry number provided on your shipping receipt or confirmation email. Enter this number into the Inquiry Number Search field on the Sagawa Express tracking portal or mobile app to view the real-time status and movement history of your package.

Your parcel's current location is displayed in the tracking results under the Status and Current Office columns. This indicates which sales office or transit center is currently processing your item. If the status shows Out for Delivery, your package is with a local driver and should arrive by the end of the business day.

International shipments are tracked using the Sagawa Global tracking system. Enter your airway bill (AWB) number into the global tracking portal. Please note that updates may be less frequent once the package is handed over to customs or local partner carriers in the destination country.

Sagawa Express utilises localised customer service rather than a single national hotline. To find the correct number, use the Branch Search tool on their website to identify the sales office responsible for your specific postal code. Contacting the local office directly ensures the fastest resolution for delivery issues.

If you missed a delivery, refer to the Undelivered Item Notice left by the driver. You can request redelivery by scanning the QR code on the slip, calling the automated phone system listed, or entering the notice number on the Sagawa website. You may select a preferred date and time slot for the next attempt.
