To locate your parcel, enter your 16-character tracking number or 8-digit calling card number into the tracking tool on the Evri website or mobile app. This provides the most current status, showing if your package is at a depot, with a local courier, or has been successfully delivered.

You can contact Evri primarily through their automated digital assistant, Evie, found on their website and app. If the assistant cannot resolve your query, it will escalate the issue to a live agent or allow you to open a support ticket. For retailer-sent parcels, you may also contact the sender directly.

Tracking updates occur when your parcel is scanned at specific transit points such as depots or sorting hubs. Delays can happen during busy periods, weekends, or if a barcode is damaged. If your tracking has not changed for over 48 hours, contact the sender or Evri customer service to check for potential delivery issues.

Your 16-digit tracking number is usually sent via email or SMS by the retailer once your order has shipped. If you are the sender, the number is on your postage receipt or confirmation email. If a delivery was missed, an 8-digit number can be found on the physical calling card left by the courier.

Use the locator tool on the Evri website or app by entering your postcode. This will display a list of nearby convenience stores and lockers available for drop-offs or collections. The tool also provides specific opening hours and confirms if the location has a Print in Store device for label printing.
