eBay Package Tracking

Log in to your eBay account and navigate to Purchase History. Locate the specific item and click the tracking number displayed next to the product image. This opens a summary page showing the carrier, the current location of your package, and the estimated delivery date.

Your tracking number is located in your Purchase History under the item title once the seller uploads it. eBay also sends an automated shipping confirmation email containing this number. If no number is visible, the seller may not have purchased tracked shipping or has not yet updated the order status.

To track an item purchased as a guest, find the order confirmation email sent to the address you used at checkout. Click the View Order Details link within that email. This page will display the shipping status and tracking number provided by the seller for that specific transaction.

Real-time tracking is not possible without a tracking number. However, you can still view the estimated delivery date in your order details. If the package does not arrive by that date, contact the seller or use eBay's resolution tools to request assistance or a refund.

Copy the tracking number from your eBay Purchase History. Go to the official USPS website and enter the number into the tracking field. Tracking directly through the carrier often provides more detailed updates and specific local processing information than the simplified summary shown on eBay.
